A track I was inspired to write after a rewatch of the movie "Stand by me". A wonderful film about growing up.
I remember vividly all those great times as a kid and teenager where every day seemed to last forever.
Musically the rythm is inspired by A-ha's "Take on me", but the rest is pure Pet Shop Boys in spirit soundwise. The middle part with all the chord changes is more intricate to loop than it sounds and it a LOT of chords.

Synths used on the track is: Roland JX-8P for pads/strings/bass. Roland Alpha Juno 2 for additional synths. Drums is a combo of Roland Tr-626 and and some samples off my old Roland R-8.

Vocals recorded on AKG D5 dynamic mic and the Shure KSM 44 for some parts.
